When you sell a beautiful home in Kleinburg... you celebrate with ice cream! And that’s exactly what we did this past Sunday, July 6, at 1 Mary Natasha Court — the stunning property that recently found its new owners. But instead of keeping the good vibes to ourselves, we shared them with the people who truly make this neighborhood special: the community!

📍 The Vibe? Total Summer Magic.

From 3:00 to 4:30 PM, the quiet elegance of Kleinburg turned into a joyful buzz of families, laughter, and sugar highs. Over 50 neighbors showed up to cool off, catch up, and celebrate together.

How did they find out? Let’s just say... community power is real.A neighbor kindly posted our event flyer in the local community group chat, and from there — it spread like wildfire (or should we say, like sprinkles on a cone).

Free Ice Cream = Instant Happiness

Because what says thank you and hello summer better than free ice cream?

We handed out scoops of smiles in every flavor you can imagine — from classic vanilla to bubblegum (a surprising crowd favorite). Kids ran around with sticky fingers and full hearts, while parents chatted and got to know their neighbors a little better. And yes, adults totally went back for seconds. No judgment here.

Teamwork Makes the Sweet Work

This event was brought to life with the incredible support of RE/MAX Millennium and the ever-awesome Pam Setia from What The Financial — who was there answering questions about homeownership, finances, and how to make smart moves without the stress.

Whether people came for the scoop or the strategy, they left with something valuable — and that’s exactly why we do what we do.

A Moment to Celebrate Real Estate, Community & Connection

At the heart of this event wasn’t just a property sale — it was a reminder of why community matters in real estate. It’s not just about deals. It’s about people. Neighborhoods. Shared memories.

Selling 1 Mary Natasha Court was a big win — but seeing kids smile, neighbors connect, and ice cream disappear faster than we expected? That’s the kind of success that really sticks.

Missed it? Don’t worry!

This was just one of many ways we’re creating community connections through real estate. Want to be the first to know about future events (or just need help with your next big real estate move)?

Thanks again, Kleinburg. You made this summer Sunday extra sweet.Until next scoop!
